GENERAL INFORMATION
Our proprietary automated fuel program is all about saving you time, money, headaches and paperwork. Our system is used by businesses of all kinds, government agencies, nonprofit organizations and individual consumers. All of our customers like the convenience, control and savings our system offers.
Honstein Oil is a member of FUELlink, a growing network of fueling sites located around New Mexico and west Texas. Your Honstein card provides access to these sites and enables you to track your fuel purchases when you travel to these areas. Click on locations for a complete listing of sites.
Twice a month we produce a concise, easy to read fuel management report/invoice detailing all your transaction information. Information included on the report includes:
- location, date and time of each fueling transaction
- vehicle or driver ID
- the fuel type used and the current price
- quantity
- vehicle MPG and miles traveled
- excise tax data
- current period and year-to-date purchase summaries
If your organization is tax-exempt, your fuel card will enable you to buy tax-free fuels at the pump. Because of IRS regulation pertaining to dyed diesel, we currently do not have dyed diesel dispensers available through FUELlink.
Most sites have all fuel products. A few lack diesel. The site at Edith and Candalaria in Albuquerque has a truck/car wash which can be activated with your card. Information on each site's offerings is available by clicking on locations.

Card system fuel prices are not posted at the pump. Pump prices are for retail sales only. Your transactions are priced daily and are clearly shown on your fuel management report/invoice. For daily price information, please call our Santa Fe office at 505-471-1800.
Please notify us at once if any of your cards are lost or stolen. You are liable for all use (both authorized and unauthorized) of your card(s). You will not be liable for any use that occurs after you notify us either verbally or in writing. Click here for contact information.
